Our Number Plate Gift Boxes are manufactured to a premium standard and are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, due to the nature of the materials used and the handling involved during storage, packing, and courier transportation, some gift boxes may arrive with very minor cosmetic imperfections.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• Light surface scratches.
• Minor scuff marks.
• Small rub marks or handling marks.
• Slight imperfections to the outer finish or corners.
• Minor transit marks to the packaging.

These cosmetic marks are purely superficial and do not affect the structural integrity, functionality, or overall presentation of the gift box. The box will still be considered suitable for gifting.

As these are unavoidable with certain finishes and shipping methods, minor cosmetic imperfections are not regarded as manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.

If, however, a gift box arrives with significant damage that, in our opinion, renders it not suitable to be presented as a gift (for example severe crushing, tearing, or major cosmetic damage), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the product. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
